Are you feeling suspicious about your partner’s new "friend?" If you’re like most people, it’s easy to question yourself and worry you’re being paranoid. (Especially if your partner vehemently denies any wrongdoing).

But just like a good detective can lift unseen prints from the scene of a crime, you too have access to subtle clues that might mean trouble. In fact, there is one very distinct sign that may indicate the presence of an affair:  You can feel your partner withdrawing emotionally.

Do you have people that drain the life out of you? You know, energy suckers? Believe it or not, they are direct reflections of the limiting beliefs you have about yourself. They are simply mirroring back to you the insecurities which they sense coming from you! Luckily you can change who is drawn to you and how people interact with you by changing the way you think and feel about yourself.

To improve the relationships in your life, you need to improve your self-image first. We all give off energy commonly referred to as "vibes." When you have a low self-image you give off negative vibes, and when you have a high self-perception you give off feel-good vibes.

Recently the garden lifestyle store Terrain opened a new flagship in Westport, Connecticut and I became a huge fan while discovering many wonderful things for my home and garden.  One feature that took my breath away was the plethora of topless terrariums and, of course, I needed to have one—okay, maybe two.  I adore them and I quickly wanted to learn how I could reproduce the same look in various sizes to give as gifts.

It did not take long before I was making my own version of these portable gardens, and thanks to Terrain’s collection of decorative rocks and plant materials it became easy to do at a fraction of the cost.
