There has been much talk lately about character, be that in connection with the upcoming presidential elections or on other political/financial fronts.

A credit report is a history of how you or your company borrow and then pay off your credit, including delinquency and bankruptcy. You can use this meditation to increase your ability to stay present and be mindful during relationship-based interactions. It is like weight lifting for your mind and heart.
