Why Women Give Each Other a Bad Name

Ladies, ladies, ladies. I love you, my fellow Goddesses. Yes, I do and this is not a women-bashing article. Not even. Everything I write about is with love and compassion; with discernment and without critical judgment. But, I’ve been a women all my life, and at 55 years of age I must admit, at times I just don’t get my fellow gender.

Here’s a little of what drives me cray-cray and what I believe gives us a bad name—besides the Venus and Mars comparison (which I thoroughly enjoyed):

10 Steps to Eliminate Resentment in Your Day

Most of us have experienced some level of resentment at one point or another in our lives. Many of us may feel resentment often, maybe even constantly. Resentment can spiral out of control, fester in our lives and begin to take over our thoughts, actions and even our wellbeing. Resentment can overwhelm our innate sense of joy and ease.

How do we overcome these feelings and regain contentment and peace of mind? Here are 10 steps to help control the downward spiral of resentment.

Overcome Jealousy in Your Marriage

I'm a 25-year-old who just got married three months back. Everything is great except for my crazy jealousy and suspicions. I get jealous for the slightest things. I know this upsets my husband very much, but I can’t seem to overcome these feelings. I have had more than one relationship in the past in which my partner cheated on me and I have never had a strong bond with a man in my life, as I was never close to my father. I'm married to a wonderful guy and I don’t want to ruin it with all my insane insecurities. I have no idea how to deal with this. Please help.

Does Your Spouse Have Wandering Eyes?

My wife has a habit of staring at other men when we go out. It's not a casual glance, but staring and seeking eye contact. It doesn't matter, old or young and only at men. I have mentioned that it makes me feel disrespected and it hurts our relationship. I do this in a calm manner and she gets very agitated and comes back with, "At this stage in my life, I never expected I would need to worry about how I acted in public." She claims to only be staring at a wall or out a window. Sorry, but I can tell the difference between spacing out and staring at someone. Is my feeling this way a rational response to this matter?
