Sex, Talk & the Healthy Marriage

With a click of a mouse, you can do a simple web search and discover that healthy sex—is actually healthful! You will find that sex can be good for your heart. You will also find that sex lowers blood pressure, reduces risk of prostate cancer, improves mood, sleep and even complexion!

Study: Stress Hormone May Help Explain Health Advantages of Marriage

Married couples may be healthier than single, divorced or widowed adults, at least in part because they have lower levels of a stress hormone associated with a variety of medical problems, a recent study suggests.

Fantasy sports have grown quite a bit since then. According to the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA), 51.5% of fantasy sports players are not married, so we'll estimate married players are also near the 50% mark.

You Can Feel the Love In Your Bones
It seems if your relationship breaks apart, it's more likely your skeletal structure will too. In January, University of California Los Angeles researchers published a study in the peer-reviewed journal Osteoporosis International, and found that men who married after the age of 25 had higher bone density than men of other groups. It's even more specific than that.
